At Kynop.shop, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:
- Perishable goods
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:
- Items with obvious signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not caused by our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your returned item.
We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically and applied to your original method of payment within several business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund:

- Contact your credit card provider
- Contact your bank, as processing times may vary

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
